We know delays can be frustrating.
If you arrive late at your destination by 15 minutes or more due to a train delay or cancellation, you may be eligible for full or partial Delay Repay Compensation.
It depends on who you were travelling with as the terms of Delay Repay are defined by each individual train operator.
